This new bespoke petrol filling station and supermarket layout encompasses a 3500sq/ft net retail sales area, ground floor cafe with lower ground floor storage, offices and ancillary accommodation. The project is a four square canopy layout with a one way system in and out. The site was designed with steep topography in mind bounded on either side by residential accommodation which had to be considered as part of the design.
